Availability is limited.
Sessions are kept deliberately small in number because that is the only way to do this properly. Each student gets full, focused, personalised attention. That requires keeping the roster tight.

Do I pay per session or upfront?
Per session by default, no pressure either way. If you'd rather book a block of 4 or more lessons up front, you get 10% off. Either way, no money changes hands until we've had the free chat and you've decided to go ahead. Payment is handled securely via Stripe.
What's the cancellation policy?
Life happens and I'm not unreasonable. 24 hours' notice to reschedule is what I ask. Cancellations with less notice may be charged. We'll agree the specifics before we start. I hold up my end too: I don't cancel, I don't reschedule without good reason, and I'm not late.
Is this online or in person?
Online sessions via video call are the default, and available to anyone in the UK. In-person sessions in Greater Manchester are also available if you're local. We'll sort out which works best on the free call.
How do I know if a spot is still available?
Book the free chat and find out. If I'm at capacity, I'll tell you immediately and won't waste your time. If there's a spot, we talk. Simple as that.
